The Eye of God is everywhere, it’s in the heart of everything, at the heart of all creation, in every point, in every place and time. It is the Bindu Point, the sacred place where thing touches and comes out of no-thing. Because God is not a thing, and God is all things.

And how does IT come through? When you invite it to, when you desire it, which is you, to come through that which you have created, which is you.

The center of the cyclone, the eye of heaven, heaven which is not up there, heaven is everywhere. And blissful breath, or breathing, the blissful sense of pulsating in your breast, is the simplest way to meet your maker. To feel IT pulsating in your breast, through the heart, from the most high, to the densest of frequencies.

And in this realm, it is the oxygen that we absorb into the blood, into the fluid, into the waters. And so, in every moment, you can reconnect with your breath, with your blissful breath, you can reconnect with the tangible proof that you are flowing with the spirit that you have absorbed, that is an absorption of your spirit.

Because when you feel into and surrender to your breath, not trying to make it do anything except what it’s already doing, you just relax and surrender into this movement of life. And then you realize that, oh joy, this is so very subtle as well. Infused with consciousness, your attention, and WHAT is putting the attention Here.

That greater body, for want of a better word, those are beautiful words by the way. Ocean, expanse, boundlessness, infinity, a being with a beam of attention that melts and merges and can use with the air itself and then with the blood and all of the parts and modes of being that you call ME. That I call the body-mind identity and I would add that this « me » is actually a meme !

Me is a meme ! You can spell it, right? It’s a spell of you on you. Which is really good news because with all the gentleness and tenderness and love you can break the spell and come out of the shell.

Yes, yes, yes, so, these sensitive, sentient, sensible currents and rivers and rivulets and limbs of life, which are formed and flow with the most minute of particles, whose very minuteness, like the drops of the ocean, allow for its beautiful fluidity.

How discreet is God ! And how great, because all big things are made up of little things, and there is a capacity to divide and to multiply, to grow, to create more of whatever it is.

And this me, this « me-me meme » that we each create in every moment has often been very mediocre in terms of its capacity to feel the greater truth of its creator - which is you.

And so, focusing on the self, the little self, either belittling or aggrandizing it…. With all the love in the world, it’s not about the little self, however big its ego might be, it’s not about that alone. It’s about the Greater Being, the greater being that opens its eyes and sees through everything.

And hence we call it « all one ». One heart, one love, one mind, one being, one field, one ocean, one you, one me. Because there is only one you, and only one me.

And with, by the blissfulness that you invite and allow and create in your breast, you come back to your maker. You come home.

You set up shop in this lovely, lovely place of your heart, who is the great connector, pulsing as it does in the middle of the axis of your vertical, connecting heaven and earth, and of your horizontal, connecting I and Thou.

Which is what happens when we hold hands, or embrace, when we dance, when we walk, when we allow ourselves to behold the so-called other through the heart, and thus with love, or compassion if you prefer.

Beautifully, compassion through this bindu, eye of the heart, is first of all for yourself. You must first, « must » being, unavoidably, flood your own being with this sacred blissful breath of love, of spirit, of what you truly are.

And have it, like the light that it is, illuminate your being from the inside out.

Illuminate, alight and warm your sweet, sweet being from the inside out. And this process involves seeing and feeling the shadow places where we may have dwelt, as in left our attention, and created a shell that we then break as we break the spell.

And to break the shell of the spell of the little self is part of our growth and evolution. It’s a soft, loving, breaking, cracking open, and allowing for a new creation of being, of whatever it is that you desire to be.

To come forth, to let go of the self-imposed limitations and belittlements, or aggrandizements, it’s the same thing, whether you look at it through the lens of belittlement or aggrandizement.

It is the same thing, because whether it is big or little, the egg is still within a shell. And until that shell and that spell is broken by you from the inside, well then, you remain a prisoner.

And if you are listening to this, chances are that you are ready to fly, to open your wings, the wings of your heart and of your mind.

To open the treasure trove of your belly, of your loins, to the inspirations, the dreams, the creations that you desire.

This is so beautiful. And when you crack this shell, this spell, what happens is, or can happen, it all depends, what may happen…. is that you open your eyes.

Because you open your I. And the eye that you open, that opens within you is the eye of God, it is the sacred Bindu point, which is at the heart of everything. Which sees everything with the eyes of love, and of joy, and of truth, goodness and beauty.

To make everything good and true and beautiful. And so we gaze upon the world with the senses of the form, and we offer them up to the inner sight and senses. That are not beholden to what they perceive, but to the Light, the Love Light by which they exist.

And we become aware, we remember that this is our creation. This is mine to create, and what do I desire?

Starting with your own form, health and wholeness, of course. The beautiful radiance of wholeness, beaming through every cell, filling the bones with the power of creation.

Beaming through every cell and every pore, in all directions at once. Health and wholeness of the body is something that is then felt in the heart, in the solar plexus, in the belly. As a sense of peace, harmony, sweetness, joy, love, compassion.

So then, these beautiful feelings that express the truth of your experience, as a felt sense through every nerve and fiber and rivulet of your being. What sort of thoughts do they produce?

What sorts of thoughts do you find yourself holding in your mind? A peaceful mind, a spacious mind, a quiet mind. Like a sacred space or chamber for the song of your being, for your poetry, for your most beautiful imaginings to arise.

And then to be consecrated, because now you realize that you are breathing all the way into your mind. And all the way to the very top of your head. And that all of your sacred centers on this vertical axis are pulsing and connected and unified.

Because the circle is complete. And at its center it has this bindu point. The eye of God. The Chintamani. The Wish fulfilling Jewel.

It’s so beautiful. So, take heart. Continue the goodness.

Whether it’s work or play, in every moment, in every breath, the blissful breath is the way.

It truly is the way home.

Within.

Sacred Medicine Retreats – Peru

I have so much to share I don’t know where to start! Says my head!

Eternal search light and light house… spinning, beaming projecting and revealing to the I – or eye – what was hidden to its sight – a bright sight?

I feel that life and consciousness are best approached through poetry – The Art of Coherence – a playful dance and weave of breath, forms, words, punctuations, and silences… Because it is the Great Silence between, beyond and before all of this from which we come into Being – and being what we are at this time, we fabricate ontologies and see them reflected in our mind’s eye and think (believe): “this is me!”

What is becoming so visceral and clear to me, like when you behold and almost hold – a rainbow – or that you sit, or stand or lay – in the sun, and beyond just feeling it on your skin, you feel it in your core: the warmth, the light… the goodness of our Sun. Its yumminess.

What is becoming quite limpid is that the inner sun of my Solar Plexus – and yours by extension ^^ – which is both a center of my neurology as in my ANS (Autonomic Nervous System) and corresponds to what the timeless chakral wisdom calls the “Mental Body” – by the way, this beautiful personal mental space is like our inner SKY where-in we form extraordinary cloud sculptures if you would – we then call them thoughts and they are composites of our physical senses that have gotten “up-leveled” into language – meaning – definition – concept – abstraction; something which like a cloud you cannot quite touch but which you are destined to somehow experience and often see things within it, at least when you were a kid!

We might assert that the Earth (our sweet lower bodies) suffers whatever the Sky might bring… and of course, we also know or intuit, that this is not a one-way system but a sacred reciprocity; that what the Earth then does as it grows or retreats, flows or solidifies, affects the weather patterns because WATERS are everywhere absorbing and bestowing bounties. This ain’t trivial when we consider that molecularly speaking, our sweet human form is more than 99% Waters…

And as the Waters reflect and soak up the sun, so our Solar Plexus’ Nervous System is like a great arborescence growing its tendril branches through every nook and cranny of our being. Even fat cells are innervated by this mighty System! What a way to then embody something!

What is that “something” that you or I am embodying in this present moment?

Is there a lag between what we notice, what we feel, and what we choose?

And what if this were the way to Inner Peace - aka Coherence, Harmony, Connection - which all these dear words betray the dynamic nature of, because in truth they shcwould be verbs - pointing to something continually moving.

Even stagnation is in flow! Usually in the wrong direction, right?

So the point of these notes is to share that my, your, our self-concepts – are indeed ontologies whose roots stretch all the way down into the most primitive aspects of our forms – our “lower tantiens” our 1^st and 2^nd Chakras – our sex and gut brains – and that these extraordinary centers of form and individuality on this planet at this time, might be called the hubs of NEED and DESIRE, respectively; and that the way these energetics are met as we incarnate into a little baby form then determines how we build our sense and belief of “who we are”, and of how we relate to life’s unfolding.

The more our needs and desires were un-met, or met with resistance (non-love), the more we internalized and up-leveled this resistance into a self-concept. We often call this suffering, self-limitation, inner conflict, or stress.

But resistance to What?

To That which our Needs and Desires were tuned to from the beginning: something Good for self: some form of care and fulfillment. The primordial distinction of the gut and sex brains – the lower chakras – is that simple one between what is felt as “Good” or “Bad”, as life affirming or not, and this distinction evolves as we do.

When we reach the higher stages of meaning and meaningfulness, God (the Divine) is often given Goodness as an attribute (the two others being Beauty and Truth within that trifecta of Godly definitions)

So after taking our heads for a spin, my intention is that we have a clearer sense of our Essential Axes. The Vertical one which connects Heaven and Earth, and along which are hung our plexuses, our chakras – and the Horizontal one, which connects us to this Sacred Earth and all of her children (all of ours, all of our Kin) for which we have arms that can open wide to embrace, to protect, to dance with, with hands and fingers at their ends, expressing the essential arborescence and connectedness of our Being and Doing. ALL the things our hands can do!

Where these two AXES meet is in the Heart!

The Heart allows for our self-concept - our ontology - which has been fabricated and embodied by our sweet lower 3 chakras (the 1^st trigram if you prefer!) to up-level and perhaps transcend to a capacity that indeed vertically connects Heaven and Earth; and horizontally meets “others” from a place of centeredness, coherence, peace, harmony.

And so my friends, the Heart is the Great Connector – and it behooves us to feel it, ground it, raise it and open it more, because “more” is what Goodness both needs and desires of itself. In a manner of saying!

“More” is also what Truth reveals and what Beauty bestows

Hi Friend! My dear dear Friend and Friend of Friend… of our extended Family, Genus, Genius… Oh Joy!!

Thank You for your Presence and “absorption” of these words & images. They come clear from my heart and are loaded full of something special.

So, what is it about GEO*M*ETRY? What Plato said, that “It precedes Creation”, is not trivial!

When you see m and feel m - like the'm that underlies great art - picturing “reality” from a place of invisibility and over arching Consciousness. Indeed, we only externally create that which is first internally pictured.

It was Max Planck who noted: “…behind the minuscule solar system of the atom, we must assume an intelligent mind…”

That mind, dear one, is Yours, is Mine, is Ours! The ONE Mind that can be infinitely expanded - or subdivided into the shards and lenses and tupperwares of our human cognition, usually called “me”.

Imagine if You will, a BIG MIND and a little mind. The Ocean and the drop.

This is a marvellous analogy because Water is an exquisite mystery, medium and vector of flow and Consciousness, of memory and information. You know that! Water is the only friggin’ element that expands when it freezes… Can you imagine expanding when you are freezing? Hehehe.

You also know that your precious physical vehicle is mostly just that: H2O! (if you prefer: H2Eau)… And what about blood?!

This is so not trivial, I hope you are still here!

Blood is made in the bones, and is the living sap of our humanity which, just like that of our native plants, absorbs LIGHT. Though the light your blood absorbs is partially the local ‘outer’ light, it especially is the INNER LIGHT of Your Consciousness which is absorbed.

It therefore behooves You and I to attend to the luminosity of said Consciousness! And that is incontrovertibly about “Knowing Thyself”. Dear Friend and Friends of Friend, this is all that really matters.

All good news my dear. The better deeper I knows ItSelf, the better deeper I plays in the world, with other I’s. Which is exactly what we are doing! And thus we have the geometries of "*mettā*physics and *politics"*. (Mettā (मेत्ता in Devanagari) is a Pāli word meaning unconditional and unattached loving-kindness.)

The Stream of Consciousness really does flow through the aether and its forms. And now, the creeks and rivulets of a great sea of awareness converge into a pool which fills a hollow and mirrors the sky.

Oh Joy! There is something more here that meets the I!

Notions, like the breeze, ripple and move the surface tension - and may actually graze the gaze, and soften it. A soft gaze is always tranquil - reflecting the subtle balance between the inner and the outer waters. And it is surely transparent to the ineffable Light, which pierces the membrane and illuminates the (wu)Way.

Make no mistake, as humans, You (I) are mostly That (water)… held within a funny pouch, our precious physical existence. A dolphin in a human suit. A medium for the play of Light.

One thing I’ve noticed about water is its sounds. Though we use the language of words, verbs, nouns, syntax, symbols, pictograms perchance; essentially these are vibrations through the inner chords, giving form to something desired, intended, known or felt, or not.

Oh the mystifying potential of not!

NOT is an evocation of space, the vacuum, emptiness, the absence of the 0.0000000001% stuff called matter - which apparently, then, really doesn’t matter!

May I be going out on a limb here? The one that meets the sky? Are You still Here?

The point (where the limb ends) reminds us of the (f)utility of non-sense (aka not, no, zero and such), because by its very nature, it ends in pure potential and thus meaningfulness. Just imagine the meaningfulness of potential.

What is held, what is filled, what is precious. What is holding space. And Sacred. Enter: the Sacrum.

This is my point, whether or not You (or I) want to be seen in a “boney light”.

Our human suit encapsulates the mingled fluids of Heaven and Earth. However much nonsense seems to fill the halls of modernity, the lower cavity of the Inner Hall clearly shows the creative potential, the devotional structure of bone, holding IT together, balancing Heaven and Earth, so we can rest our Case. Which is fool proof.

All About Resolution

Dear You - Friend - Consciousness in a human suit,

I love the deep dives into geographies, like when an aerial photo is zoomed and the viewer is precipitated into the the specifics of certain coordinates… it can go on and on to the infinitesimal! (more on that here)

By the way, if you haven’t visited this yet, it’s high time you did!

Going down, Earth expands as innumerable features become significant, defined, huge; more and more detailed. Holding the greater context of the starting place (outer space) is forgotten as one’s awareness in engulfed in the myriad appearances and recognitions that come into focus. Phantasmagorical to say the least!

The point is that it’s akin to the discovery of another person and their life : their timeline, their memories, dreams and reflections. Or of sharing one’s own to said “other”.

The process of friendship - or true relating - is thus imbued with the impalpables of our uniqueness through time. The degree to which we identify with our life is a fascinating measure into how deeply we can find Resolution. And by this I mean : resolution as clarity within context, and then context as wisdom. The less we identify the more free we are to navigate the inner spaces of our life, and to experience our being as an open system, strangely (marvellously) interelating with aspects of ItSelf.

Resolution truly isn’t about the details - it is about the ambience, the atmosphere, the general vibe which transcends and includes the singular notes; which carries the melody and gives it direction. When it is a harmonic ray, like Fibonacci’s, then it will scale to all dimensions in reference to the Singularity, shining from the center of the (your) I.

Eye-Eye!

Whilst clarity has to do with perception (as in “the deeds and sufferings” of light), wisdom regards the openness of perception: its capacity to allow other viewpoints, to hold multiplicity, to add to the mix, to enrich the senses, to welcome the unknown! Wisdom always values context!

This invariably means that safety is recognized as an inner condition represented by the Vesica Pisces meeting ground for the relative and the absolute. Some have said this space is as wide as a razor’s edge!

Meet the Man of Mencius!

Who stands in That Space.

This symbol portrays the coherent human vehicle; where head, heart and body are not only well stacked, but ready, willing and able to greet the day!

ALL this ado just to say: The “Man of Mencius” is a representation of the form (with which we so often identify) as it is integrated with our hearts and thoughts, and as it shows up in this extraordinary “physical” universe: an expression of what is yet formless!

*Notice that the Heart Cross is in the center. This is not trivial. The Heart is the place of Connection between a horizon and a rising. And it is where we find Resolution.

Greetings fellow humans (and perhaps other beings) on this round spaceship shuttling through the cosmos at almost “in-con-theevable” speeds!

Thank you for showing up here & now. I’ve generally been AWOL this past month, absorbed in deep work and workouts, and strangely giving thanks for gravity, a most irresistible force (for now anyway) that bestows a certain stability and does invite one to go deeper, when attended to.

It just occured to me that the very proof of the holographic and fractal nature of the cosmos is that we are indeed adventuring within a greater adventure; though some might feel pretty stuck on the surface - it is our choice how said surface is navigated.

And HOW is a beautiful inquiry, to be sure! It speaks of attitude and manner and approach and perspective. It speaks of relationship, geometry and of “My, how time flies!” which naturally becomes: “There is only Now!”

This whole thing of rapport, relationship, ratio and so on, is exfoliating before our very eyes in the natural world around us, and within, as are generated the host of perceptions - dreams, feelings and thoughts - that we may choose to attend to.

And who is doing that generation? And is it propelled by choice or by habit?

A deeply fascinating and very good news sort of thing - one that brings me no end of inspiration and encouragement - is that whatever my conditioned brain or senses might materially suggest, in my heart of hearts, I know that It really All is One thing. The “One Thing” Shrödinger (amongst others) famously alluded to as the sum total of minds in the universe.

Imagine that! Consider that You & I are a vector of That. (This if you prefer!)

“What in the world is Bliss? It is This, it is This, it is This!”

So as we look both in and out at each other, as we behold the spectrum(s) of luminosity or opacity and stumble through the thresholds of radiations, sound waves and memorized moments, dreaming of sense and direction, it becomes more and more apparent that even better than HOW, is WHY - and WHAT!

WHY speaks to - or listens rather - to WHAT the heart chooses - when it is allowed to choose. When It is fully present, Here & Now.

It’s funny because the significance of What is also its gravity. And all that gravity really does, if you pay attention, is speak to and invite, the ubiquitous One shining through all eyes and I’s, to Attend. A most sacred iteration!

We (I&I) are therefore officially invited! To participate, to surrender to our innermost - fathomless, Being…

That the whole world is a stage - and that we are here in the play of Life, witnessing events some of which most of us would certainly not choose, makes me think that only two things are required:

Know Thyself

That is ALL.

As we key (back) in to the black whole frequencies of our innermost Being and allow the shards and sheddings of surface tragedies to be seen, moment by moment, we inform our choice as the I of the storm, and thus bring clarity and compassion to the powerful winds of Change.

I’ve missed You! Whoever You are - a soul in a human suit, an animating principle operating such a complex neurology, wherein memories of the ancestors are encoded, and broadcast like some kind of energetic wake that the heart makes, as it careens through the cosmos. I picked up this last, beautiful, notion from the esteemed and sometimes obscured, auto-didact physicist, Nassim Haramein.

Imagine that!

Your (The) Heart leaves behind it a frequency trail, a series of imprints at every micro-nano-moment, within the invisible and so-called impalpable fabric of the cosmos. Whilst this might look like a luminous tunnel of sorts - it is one that is imbued with feeling and sentience - or the memory of such - an echo of awareness, reverberating “as it was”, in a certain specific space-time coordinate. Amazing!

The really cool part about all of this is it implies the ubiquitous HERE NOW which only has meaningfulness because it is the feeling of this very nano whatever you want to call it - moment. That is, of YOU (or I), Here Now. In every point.

And the “ALL THAT IS” is thus a collection, at this resolution anyway, of said pixels of consciousness. Oh gentle giant! Oh boundless bear!

That this is actually making waves in the cosmos is not trivial. I mean, without sinking to the ridiculous idea of a butterfly flapping a tornado into being, one might conceive that an atom tickled by a certain butterfly’s pulse, might inspire a group of atoms and before you know it, small - tiny - but highly significant nodes within the fabric of space are influenced and their trajectories respond and this might well be how innovation occurs.

Innovation and liberation from deterministic predictions and the evil plans of the sempiternal bad guys (and gals) who keep some of us awake at night wondering if there is a tomorrow, if not for us, then for those who have been on the receiving end this time around - the innocents in Gaza for example - or in Beirut, or in so many other places of our vulnerable humanity.

So nowadays, when I “pray” for peace and justice and all that good stuff - when I “hold” even the most depraved actors of the world stage (at least the ones I am aware of) within the rumi room of my consciousness, and breathe and pulse with the peace and freedom and justice that I yearn for in my heart, I get a sense that at the very least, some atoms are responding… and that ain’t trivial!

Har har har - I’m sure you’ve heard the bad rap atoms get: “they can’t be trusted, they make everything up!” Nonsense! They are the marbles of our minds, dear friends, and ours to do with as we please.

Do not belittle the infinitesimal!

The power that is there is just waiting to be harnessed by the Ones that have stopped thrashing about, whose hearts and minds have truly found Peace and Stillness.

AND - the truly great news - is that THAT is always a “Here and Now done deal” - and and and… an INSIDE JOB!

Oh Joy!

“Ad infinitum” is perhaps one of the most pertinent reminders of what is truly going on…

I mean, in an Infinite Universe, there is A LOT of ROOM for just about anything and everything! And a whole lotta nuthin’ too!!

The point (or pixel or plancks) is that the very boundlessness of “Reality” has an edge. IT cuts through from the Core - Ours - thereby releasing the deepest emanations and Black Whole* dynamics of our hearts (wherein resides our Infinite Nature).

To “Know Thyself” is to remember this sacred conundrum - this holy koan - which the gallery of mirrors of our Minds cannot integrate, for That (hidden) Light cannot be reflected… only beamed.

In a world that seems (and is) beset with fear, grief and anger; with insanity (sociopsychopathy) and ignorance, the only thing to do is to keep on steadfast movin’ on, through these shadow valleys that lead to the Core - Yours, Mine.

Hanging in there, ‘cause all roads lead to Om!

All the while understanding that the pathways of the Heart are bound to break it. As our hearts break, they grow. Yes, it takes guts and grit. Thankfully, this alchemy also produces Grace. Imagine that!

The fabled “Rainbow Body” is what our bodies really look like, when we cease looking “out”.

Why I AM going on about this? Because the fabled “Pot of Gold” is what we make!

IT is the Goodness, the Beauty, the Truth that we yearn for. And though our sights may one day dim and wane, these divine attributes are forever. They remain in the innermost aether of Consciousness as the seeds of love waiting for a fertile host.

The apparent evil of this outer world is doing all that evil stuff and it behooves us to transmute it because IT is happening withing our Consciousness. This ain’t trivial!

Because Transmutation is first and foremost an inside job.

Though “Fear, Grief and Anger” may pave the way to the core for a while, they are also left behind, heaventually. The closer we get to The Inner Secret - the more we are dissolved. The more we are dissolved, the more we remember the Ocean dissolving ALL.

No exceptions.

This is how to win the war, the spiritual war (which is actually more astral than spiritual). We win through shadow boxing and becoming like Water.

I’m beaming in from a beautiful and hot winter now here in a high Andean altitude.

The cat purrs and the wind wishes as I hold a few fingers on the pulse of the outer world at large…

What calls to me? The intriguing and ongoing deconstruction, implosion, exhibition and revelation of our human Consciousness through the contrast between western sociopsychopathy and “global southern” practical, visionary Creativity.

From a quantum or fractal and holographic perspective, the very nature of Consciousness, (sentience, self-awareness or self-directed attention) bestows an energetic reciprocity potential that is deeply and beneficially “mind” challenging!

(“Mind” in this context, is meant as the usual enculturated formatted and programmed lower mind that comes with a temporal identity called “me”. There is nothing wrong with it as long as it ain’t calling the shots!)

The secret architecture of Consciousness houses all possible states of Being and Doing. We have several minds: notably a higher mind and a lower mind.

It is most generative and beautiful making when these two are ‘aligned’; when the lower mind is imbued with the higher mind’s directions. Of course, one could also say this is a slippery slope! Because the road to hell, as we all know, is paved with “good” intentions. But let us assume for a Moment, that “all is well and all shall be well”, and that the subjective element is bound by its own perspective until it touches the Objective, where it is bound to dissolve whilst retaining its boundary conditions!

(To Be and not to Be?)

My offering for Now is that the amount of dissolution going on is pushing the limit and that we are reaching a tipping point, a “breaking of the wave” which both thunders and creates such myriads of the proverbial negative ions that our minds are blasted clear, our hearts are crack’d open even more and our eyes behold… the beautiful self-generated possibilities of our connected humanity.

Dear Friend!

One of the tricky things about the human condition is that we have a foot in both worlds : the relative and the absolute.

Existentially speaking, this is quite a balancing act, and so very muchly absorbing for the Creator Creating (a deeply reflexive) Creation…

This extraordinary precious mortal human existence, being animated by our formless, transcendent, ineffable principle or Essence is the theatre of Consciousness Here and Now, complete with all of the trappings of the physical, emotional and mental dimensions of our being.

How much room we leave for the Essence within this construct, has a lot to do with how deeply It is felt and yearned for, and also how distracted we get, by all the goings on at those aforementioned other dimensions of being.

It is a kind of metta-feeling which encompasses all other feelings, and has the capacity of dissolving them - purely and simply.

This capacity for dissolution can also be called forgiveness.

It is, or has, an internal type of combustion, or “low temperature” fusion, that warms, lights and frees the attention that was frozen in the contingency, melting it like snow in the sun, to then course through the moment, in what we call Flow.

Flow is an effortless absolute absorption in the Present. A moment-by-moment, dissolution into, and re-emergence from, the Cosmic Ocean within each One. The point about forgiveness is that it liberates Consciousness from all directions, and opens the Way… So to speak.

The Universe is not only large, but full of mystery and magic (depending on how you spell magic). This is not trivial.

It isn’t just a visible, newtonian, predictable sort of place - there is a lot more. And when I say ‘it’, I mean ‘IT’ - I… Thou… Being. The whole ‘Metta’physical Shebang (not Big Bang).

This is such good news!

Because when we look at the “news”… Holy moly!

It seems evident that dark forces have a grip on this world. Of course they do! What else cwould they do? By definition, their very ontological state is to Grip and to Grasp … and to Gasp. There is no health or sustanability in what we call ‘evil’ beings or doings. They invariably proceed from ontological ignorance and the inability to relax (aka surrender), to open or to merge with what IS. In otherwords, they are doomed.

*Notice that the word ‘evil’ is ‘live’ spelled backwards.

The extreme fanatical and integrally dissassociated and eschatalogical neurologies which are swarming in the land of the Cradle of our western ‘civilization’ are the spearhead of the oligarchicals of this world; the demagogues agog with Magog.

Their actions proceed from the manipulation of affect and emotion because there is no more powerful force than what proceeds from our human heart. And since socio-psychopaths don’t have a heart, their only strategy is to manipulate ‘the other’, to shut down, pervert or break the other’s heart. This is their playbook.

Whilst maybe difficult to prove in newtonian terms, You know how powerful, all pervasive and humble, is your feeling of loving. What You love… What I love. The gradient or spectrum of our loving extends through all directions and frequencies. Though it may bend and yield, it cannot be reduced, it is an infinite continuum, like aether, water or light.

The forces that are wreaking such devastation and chaos - that in physical terms are armed to the teeth and rabid - are also getting their strength from the ambient subtle energies of the global heart field, which they are bent on corrupting.

This is where You, We (I&I), come in.

Indeed, the physical universe rests upon the Field of the Metaphysical which at its heart is Metta-physical. Mettā (मेत्ता in Devanagari) is a Pāli word meaning unconditional and unattached loving-kindness.

Modern science is able to observe that the activity of the human heart affects the Field. The more coherent (i.e calm, peaceful, loving, equanimous) the more expansive and inclusive is its field. The more its field is the FIELD.

As I look externally, and despite censorship, at the atrocities, bestialities and agendas of the deMagogs (thanks to such valorous journalists as Pepe Escobar and those of his ilk who are exposing their activities) I remember what is really going on. The Inner Light is shining on these closed systems.

The Inner Light of the Heart is a metaphor for the radiance of the Singularity at the core of ALL that is. It transcends all limitations and seems magical from the newtonian perspective, because it causes the Spontaneous Evolution of Life, in this context, through our human form. This is akin to what we call spontaneous remission, a most extraordinary event.

“…though I walk in the valley of the land of the shadow…”

In the words of the great Vipassana teacher, SN Goenka:

“You (We - I&I) are bound to be Successful!”

Dear Friend and Friend of Friend!

First of all… Thank You for reading this NOW!

Though we aren’t feeling the paper, or smelling the ink, or hearing the creasings and (un)foldings - there is a palpable connection between the One that breathes and writes, and the One that breathes and reads!

This connection is much more than a relationship…

At a deep level it is akin to communion - to union - of the Oneness beyond word, form or anything else our physical mind and senses might perceive.

That said, we stand with one foot in each world - the relative and the absolute…

The mortal and the eternal

The formal and the formless

The determinate and the indeterminate

No wonder there is much ado about nothing and everything!

Everything I (We?I&I?) express is done so through the desire and intention to create something from nothing, a bridge across the ridiculous GAP of what is True and what is Fiction. This is why the word “AGAPE” has 2 meanings. Aha!

For this Earthly illusion to become more luminous and warm and coherent with Cosmic Joy.

For there to be no more sacrifice of innocents - such as the children and (grand)parents in Gaza, so that the plethora of our human brothers and sisters (including ourselves) who live in pain and suffering, be and can free themselves of said sorrows and arrows…

For the state of sociopsychopathic beings to be clearly seen, and ways found to put them to good use. Because I can dream, right?

I have a dream! What if we are all dreaming? What if our perceptions and beliefs about those perceptions consciously integrated the quantum dynamics of creation from “no”thing to “some” thing?

What if we realized that the welfare of Shroedinger’s cat really does depend upon our expectation - and that when we know that I AM also the cat… well, that makes a difference in the unfolding of events and the opening of boxes!

I AM presently remembering that my healthiest expectations repose upon feeling the JOY of detachment. From a peaceful heart, the hand is much steadier - the fear is gone, the future is as open as the blank page just waiting for the mighty pen, and that ain’t trivial!

Remember that words are ‘metta’phores. The present moment experience cannot be reduced from the Outside unless We (I &I) allow it. The ability to speak holds a potential for coherency which imbues the aether and precipitates Truth, Goodness and Beauty. This is obviously good news!

Greetings Friend and Friend of Friend!

It just never ends… Because It is Infinite.

Notice that “It” begins with “I”, this is not trivial!

What never ends is the internal space of Consciousness which then may fold or unfold, depending, through the operation of deft hands serving the mission(s) of Love, or daft hands, driven by a rudderless ego.

Ranging from an exquisite process of meaningful expression, to the paper tiger of the (p)sycophantom, that emprisons attention, belief and life force.

IT is ALL in Our hands.

Someone said that the “Pen is Mightier than the Sword”. Someone also said, “At the beginning there was the Word”! Though stuff might get lost in translation, the gist points us inwards, to the origin - which can be quite a journey to reach, and where the Ego dies, like the proverbial Salmon, and where the Infinite “It” appears.

So the context is : What happens to Consciousness in this human life? What does It do? How does It navigate the crazy interface between the immaterial and material realms?

The aforementioned primacy of the Pen, or of the Word, rests upon this unique interface of Universal (Personal & Impersonal) Consciousness animating our limited, personal, mortal human self (aka the ego). Bless this little mortal bag!

And Death is not the end, because “It” (I) really is Infinite! Eternal, Boundless, Ineffable and like the Zero Point, All Powerful. And both“It” and Death, are our greatest teachers.

The point here is that in a world of deep dark dense low frequency events, like so many caves, tombs, mass graves, and outrageousnesses of conditions, THERE IS LIGHT!

Navigating the low frequencies of incarnation is tricky because the osmotic resonant properties of Consciousness make it infinitely amenable to lending itself to “what is going on” and thus risking to forget It’Self.

Thankfully, at the end of the day, and all through the day infact, the True Nature of the “I” (IT!) is Fearless and Lionhearted. We see it in the purity of our own hearts and in the beautiful doings of such dedicated leaders as Putin, or Xi. All of theses things are connected.

And no amount of low frequency psychopathic shenanigans can hijack or weaponize us/It forever.

That is Good News!

(For some at least!)

Whilst the din of current events may sound chaotic and rudderless, the POINT is that You (I) are both the captains of our respective ships, and the Ocean of our being. Heart-based humanity constitutes a phenomenal amphibious armada which cannot be destroyed, sunk or buried.

In the face of chaos, we can offer the Goodness, Truth and Beauty of our Immaculate, and Impeccable Mind, which is capable of bending and folding in the most extraordinary ways, all whilst mainting its integrity and tensile strength, in order to provide encœuragment, succor and refuge through meaningful words and actions, to those that desire Such.

Re-minding them (us, each other) that the True Art of War makes Peace. Here & Now.

It really only makes sense when connecting.

Sense or meaningfulness (value/quality/love) is all about connecting, with (or between) protons, neurons, gazes, hands, kin, friends, neighbors, strangers, co-workers, readership, the elements, eco-systems, cosmic bodies… on and on!

Images of nature show us the same patterns at such different levels of resolution! These all speak to what is WITHIN; what is within?

What happens when You (I) look inwards? Why (in English) are I and Eye the same?

Connecting means that 2 becomes both 1 (one system) and 3 (3 elements). This is beautiful proof that what imports more than numbers are their relationships, which is where being and doing converge.

This is also the meaning of coherency, authenticity, internal salience and political maturity and effectiveness.

In a nutshell, our attention is not a trivial event! When you look at this eye above, (so much gratitude to hubble images for “fair use”), we can immediately sense that that gaze is taking it all in. If it could speak it might well sound like “Wow!” … or maybe the speechlessness of absolute awe.

But whether it be in cosmic/natural images or those that we discover in the floor tiles or paint cracks, there is a unifying principle which is within each one of us, capable of making the connection, of witnessing and feeling it, and of impressing it with our love.

The feeling of the connection is multi-polar, involving innumerable points of reception and emission, like the sensitive nerves that tell us our hand has entered a new medium : water, a warm sunbeam, the air rushing outside the car window, the soft earth of the garden, the loving grasp of our companion… and that we are responding, making deeper luminous robust connexions.

Being Here Now is a fathomless experience from which we can draw the internal strength that such cosmic events as a nebula express. Your I and mine are the same. Our Being extends well beyond our skin horizons. All of the world which is a stage is set within the theater of our Consciousness, within the mind of the Author.

It behooves us to remember and to contribute to the Author’s sanity : harmony, beauty truth and goodness - and joy!

Thankfully this is all within our purview. And accessible Here Now, no exceptions.

The purpose of my Presence here is to go on about that, in a variety of ways, of “dreams, visions and reflections” the Mind reflecting the Light of the Heart. To entrain coherency, harmony, joy, numinous solutions, etc…
